The Good, the Bad & the UGLY

Schools started. that's good. the cat had to be put down (not because she was bad although that was factor) but mostly because she was so incredibly ugly! a year & a half ago she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. in people it means a weight gain. in cats it means weight loss - sever weight loss. My cat went from a 24lb beast to less than 2lbs of waif in a year & 1/2! her spine was exposed as well as every other bone in her body. those exposed bones were balding! She looked SCARY. It was time. a moment of silence, if you will, for my pet of 13 years & her loyal, pointless & mean life.
